Let's get started.
The Challenge Solution
The Tower we're going to use to solve this challenge is the Super Monkey and the Monkey Village.
To start this challenge, place a Super Monkey towards the middle of the map and upgrade it to 0 / 4 / 2, or Tech Terror in the middle path and Ultravision in the bottom path:
Then, place a Monkey Village to the right of your Super Monkey and upgrade it to 0 / 3 / 0, or Monkey Intelligence Bureau in the middle path:
Finally, as soon as your Tech Terror ability cooldown is ready, use it. This should wipe out the MOABs and dense Ceramic waves that arrive at the end of the challenge.
And that's it!
Why This Works
By default, the Tech Terror Super Monkey isn't able to pop Purple Bloons. That's why we need the Monkey Intelligence Bureau:
"The Bureau grants special Bloon popping knowledge, allowing nearby Monkeys to pop all Bloon types."
The last thing we need for this challenge is a bunch of damage to pop a group of Fortified MOABs and Ceramics. And the Tech Terror ability gives us that "bunch of damage:"
"Ability instantly deals 2600 damage to up to 2000 bloons within the blast range, and every third use inflicts crits for 3900 damage."
