Welcome to the BloonsGuide.com walkthrough for today's (December 9th, 2023) Bloons TD 6 Advanced Challenge: "Everyone's Favorite Round" by Sabre!

In this short guide, you'll learn how to beat the Advanced Challenge, and you'll better understand why this strategy works.

Let's get started.

The Solution

The Tower we're going to use to solve this challenge is the Druid.

Creates a blast of thorns for each attack. Upgrades can call forth powers of the Jungle, Storm, or Wrath.

The Challenge

To start the challenge, place the Druid at the top of the map between the last two loops and upgrade it to 1 / 4 / 0, or Hard Thorns in the top path and Jungle's Bounty in the middle path.

BTD6 Advanced Challenge Dec 9th 2023 Solution

This Druid alone should be more than enough to pop all the Ceramics and resulting Bloons.

Why This Works

The name of today's title is "Everyone's Favorite Round" - which, of course, is Round 78.

Round 78 produces a massive wave of grouped Ceramic Bloons. These are some of the hardest Bloons to tackle. We've seen a number of solutions over the past few days for similar challenges (like with Primary Expertise Monkey Villages and Bloon Liquefier Glue Gunners that shred Ceramics), but unfortunately both of those options are unavailable to us today.

But the Druid is still available!

Hard Thorns

The real power of the Druid in this scenario is the combination of Hard Thorns and Druid of the Jungle + Jungle's Bounty.

Hard Thorns allows DOTJ and JB vines to pop any Bloon type:

"Druid thorns gain +1 pierce, and all thorns pop Frozen and Lead. For Druids of the Jungle and Spirit of the Forest, on-track vines now pop all bloon types."

Druid of the Jungle + Jungle's Bounty

...and the after-vines plus extra pierce and damage from Jungle's Bounty can shred even Ceramics:

"Can activate two vines simultaneously at targeted bloons, and after-vines have double pierce and damage. At the end of each round, generates 1 life."

Map

The last piece of this solution is the long-windy map.

If the map were short, this strategy likely wouldn't work and we'd need something with faster popping power, like Primary Expertise or Bloon Liquefier. But since the map is long, that gives the Druid vines plenty of time to shred the Ceramics and leave behind after-vines that do the same.
