In this short guide, you'll learn how to beat the Advanced Challenge, and you'll better understand why this strategy works.
Let's get started.
The Solution
The main Tower we're going to use to solve this challenge is the Bomb Shooter.
Launches a powerful bomb at the Bloons. Slow rate of fire but affects a radius around the explosion.

To easily handle today's Advanced Challenge, place a bomb shooter towards the right side of map and upgrade it to 2 / 5 / 0, or Heavy Bombs in the top path and MOAB Eliminator in the middle path.
Then, as soon as the BAD spawns, start spamming your MOAB Eliminator ability. It should have no cooldown due to this challenge's settings, allowing you to press the ability button over and over again for the duration of the challenge.
The BAD should pop by the end of the map, but you may not be able to pop the resulting MOABs and Bloons. Not to worry!
Since we have 30,000 health this challenge, you should still be able to survive. Still, you should spam the ability even after the BAD pops.
And that's it!
Why does this work?
The main goal of this challenge is to pop the BAD MOAB, so we need something that can deal a ton of MOAB damage fast.
Our map for this challenge also has reduced line of sight, so we need something with a lot - or infinite - range that can go through walls.
MOAB Eliminator
Luckily, MOAB Eliminator has all those qualities.
"Massive damage to MOABs and Assassinate ability deals 6x damage with a short cooldown. Projectile, normal type, targets only MOAB-class bloons, infinite range, 1 impact pierce, 4500 blimp-penetrating damage."
This challenge has set ability cooldowns to be reduced. With the MOAB Eliminator's already-short cooldowns, this brings it close to 0 cooldown, allowing you to spam it. And since it can go across the whole map regardless of sight, you can hit the BAD no matter where it is on screen.
