Welcome to the BloonsGuide.com walkthrough for today's (November 29th, 2023) Bloons TD 6 Advanced Challenge: "Osea's Challenge"!

In this short guide, you'll learn how to beat the Advanced Challenge, and you'll better understand why this strategy works.

Let's get started.

The Solution

The Tower we're going to use to solve this challenge is the Wizard Monkey.

As for why the solution to the past 3 Advanced Challenges are Wizard Monkeys, I'm not sure. Hopefully we get something new tomorrow!

To easily handle today's Advanced Challenge, place a Wizard Monkey in the middle of the map as you see in the screenshot and upgrade it to 0 / 4 / 2.

Once the Ceramic Bloons appear on screen, use the Summon Phoenix ability to clear them out. You will need to use the Summon Phoenix ability a few times during this challenge to ensure you're able to pop the waves of Ceramic Bloons.

The combination of the Wall of Fire, Dragon's Breath, and the Phoenix should be enough to pop all the Camo Lead Bloons, with the Phoenix shredding all the Ceramics and resulting Camo Bloons.

Why does this work?

This challenge focuses on strong Camo Bloons, like Camo Lead and Ceramics.

The Wizard Monkey is a great tower for handling these Bloons, as it has a cheap Camo Detection option and a strong upgrade path in the middle for handling Leads and Ceramics.

Wall of Fire

The Wizard's Dragon Breath ability buffs Wall of Fire. From the Wiki:

"Rapidly spews flames at bloons. Flames deal 2 damage and sets affected bloons on fire for more damage. Fireball deals 9 damage and 14 blast radius, Wall of Fire spawns every 4.5s and gains +10 pierce, and increases tick rate of Wall of Fire."

Dragon's Breath & Summon Phoenix

Dragon's Breath, when combined with the now buffed Wall of Fire, is a great skill for shredding Camo Leads and Ceramics. When Ceramics are densely packed, however, this combination still struggles to win on its own.

That's where Summon Phoenix comes in.

From the Wiki:

"Dragon's Breath is strong against rounds with moderate numbers of spaced Ceramics, but heavily struggles on dense Ceramic rounds such as Round 63 or Round 78. In those cases, this is where its successor upgrade Summon Phoenix comes in handy."

Since the Phoenix has very large range and map coverage, it will handle any last Bloons that sneak past the initial Dragon's Breath and Wall of Fire damage combo.
